Tracksetta Track Laying Guide N & OO scale Straight & Curves by Melcam Models

  

Genuine Tracksetta steel coated straight and curved track laying template guides manufactured by Melcam Models which will fit N, OO9, HO and OO gauge flexible model railway track systems. These patented track laying templates fit easily between the rails creating a smooth curve and allowing either track pins or screws to be fitted using the cutout slots. Originally designed to prevent the flexible curved track from being out of alignment on curves, they are now used widely to create great looking curves in the flexible track. It is possible using two or more different radius curves to create smooth transition curves.

Different radii can be laid next to each other to create accurate parallel tracks. Lay straight straights and smooth curves with no kinks or sudden changes of direction which will enable smooth and reliable running of your locomotives and rolling stock. Just fit the Tracksetta between the rails and fix the track in position.

Slide the Tracksetta along between the rails and secure the next length. When curving across a rail join, make sure the template is in the middle of the join for a non kink rail join.
