Hornby 8 car APT set offered in very good used condition. The set is overall very good as can be seen from the images with some light marks and signs of use which can be seen on close inspection. There is some slight defects to the plastic wiring detail on the power cars as can be seen.

Extremely common as they go brittle over the years. Please also note the lights on each end car do not illuminate and likely need new bulbs. This 8 car set has been track tested and runs well, with the two motorised power cars moving this set splendidley. To be clear this listing comprises of.

Full 5 car set boxed with pantograph and instructions. Box very good however plastic window is detached from box (easly repaired). This is a vintage set. The set runs well as mentioned however is not silky smooth and silent like the latest model.

A light service as always would only improve performance. Overall this is a great set perfect for the layout or to display in a cabinet. A huge imposing bundle which is too long to photograph!
