1850s 1/6th Double Daguerreotypes Elegant Young Couple Tinted Union Case NICE

  

Case has damage to the clasp- see last picture - looks like it has been repaired. Photographs are nice & clear. Ornate foil is also in nice condition. Behind the women's portrait in the case is the information on the case dating this post 1857.

This came from rural Georgia. Personally, i think the gentleman looks like Matthew McConaughey!
